More Family Time by Jeremie Infelise

Spent a few days with my sister, husband and their trio of dogs to hang out and help my sister shoot some photos for her new business venture.  Here's a few extra portraits I shot of my sister with my distracted eye and a scene of my sisters husband and one of their dogs playing with a leaf blower.  The previous night I was demonstrated this in the house and said I need a portrait first thing in the morning.

Portland Trip by Jeremie Infelise

Today I returned from my trip to Portland and I apologize for not getting some updates on here while I was gone but time was well spent with family and behind my camera.  The trip was sparked by the event of moms first tattoo and something that was said around 20 years ago.  We have a family named Big Island Mike Castillo that is a tattoo artist and she told him when she was ready he would give her her first tattoo.  For around a year or two she has been ready to commit but just needed the time when the both of them would be in the same place and that time came when Big Island had a trip planned to Portland where my mom and her husband live.  The three of us spent a day getting tattoo'd  by Big Island and my mom woke up the next morning with two more planned.  Big thanks to Matthew Mattison at "The Little Tattoo Shoppe" in Portland for hosting us.  She's pretty funny.  Filling the rest of the trip was beautiful Oregon countryside and one nocturnal mission through part of the city.  I dropped a roll of film off  at  Austin Camera with more landscape shots which I look forward to sharing on my Instagram page after I get them scanned until then enjoy these from my digital piece.

You can see more of Big Island's work here and here

More Soon by Jeremie Infelise

I'm heading to Portland this week to hang out with family and use the extra time I have to work on some personal projects including updating this with some recent work and peeks to what's in the future.  Until then enjoy a few photos from the library.

Enchanted Rock by Jeremie Infelise

I just got back from a very productive and fun trip to Enchanted Rock condensed into 24 hours with friend and client Steven Tyler of Austin Moto Works.  We took every side road possible there and back with an open agenda so we could stop and smell the flowers and enjoy the amazing Texas landscape tucked away far from the roads more traveled.  Looking forward to releasing more from this trip soon on the Austin Moto Work website.
